Reservations

All appointments to be made online by each client. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready when booking. Upon checkout, clients may choose their method of payment.

Check-in and Late arrival 

You are required to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled the appointment to allow you to get ready for the session on time. Please understand that most appointments are back-to-back and it is less likely your appointment can be extended due to your late arrival.

Cancellation

Your facial treatments are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance in email/text/call. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.

Refund

Skincare by Jasmine does not offer refunds on services and opened retail product. Un-opened retail product can be returned within 14 days for store credits.

Gratuities

The service fees shown in menu do not include the gratuities. Gratuities are left to discretion of the clients.

Group Booking 

I do not take group booking. 

 

Post-Kit

All clients who receive Blended TCA Peel, PCA Jessner's Peel require to use Post Procedure Kit at home. This kit can be used for two sessions and sold separately ($40+ Tax). PCA Skin mandates all certified service providers and customers to use this post kit per their guideline.
